(Louisville, KY) DreamTeam Entertainment and MJay Entertainment, two prominent promoters along with GREY GOOSE & Remy Martin have planned one of the hottest Kentucky Derby events the city has ever seen. There’s only one venue capable of holding the number of Derby fans this event will draw as they welcome one of the hottest rappers in the industry.
It’s the T.I. Celebrity Derby Gala, Saturday, May 5th at the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center. The event will begin at 10 p.m. but the promoters anticipate a sellout so you need to purchase your tickets in advance or arrive early the night of the event.
The Grand Hustle rap mogul will serve as the event’s host. The planners of the event thought this was the perfect time to bring him to Louisville so he could experience the unique nightlife surrounding Kentucky Derby 138.
Clifford Harris aka T.I. wears multiple hats in the industry from rap artist, film and music producer, actor, author and his latest project reality show star. He has released seven studio albums and is working on his eighth album entitled “Trouble Man”. The first promotional single released was “I’m Flexin”. Some of his most successful singles include: “Bring Em Out”; “What You Know”; “Swagga Like Us” (featuring Kanye West, Jay-Z and Lil Wayne); “Whatever You Like”; “Live Your Life” (featuring Rihanna); and “Dead and Gone” (featuring Justin Timberlake).
The KY Fair & Expo Center will be converted into a sophisticated Miami Beach nightlife style décor with VIP sections to cater to T.I. and other celebrity guests. You never know who will accompany the star when he arrives in Louisville for the Derby weekend. Partygoers will get a chance to be apart of the exclusive VIP 30/30 Lounge sponsored by Remy Martin VSOP Cognac. The lounge targets the 30 and older crowd who wants to network in a laid back and intimate atmosphere.
Entertainment will be provided by Comrad DJ Thru Da Roof and the Untouchable DJs throughout the evening.
You have several choices when it comes to the T.I. experience. General admission is $60 per person. V.I.P. Access which includes access to the second level and appetizers is $75 per person. For the Ultra V.I.P. experience sponsored by the New GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir Vodka gives you V.I.P. entry, access to the stage and the Red Carpet experience. There will be all kinds of affordably priced GREY GOOSE cocktails and samples courtesy of Dream Team and MJay Ent. The evening’s featured cocktail is called the “Red Carpet”, which is the New GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir Vodka, Disaronno Amaretto, lemon juice, Grenadine and cherry juice shaken, strained and served in a GREY GOOSE Martini glass.
