If the lawyers for boxer Floyd Mayweather don’t appeal he will have to start 2012 off behind bars.  Mayweather will have to surrender on January 6th and serve 90 days in a Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas for misdemeanor battery, domestic violence and harassment.
